In a recent Power Up session, Rob Hill, who heads up our EMEA team, explored the latest AI-powered features in Pulsar TRAC, sharing how they streamline setup, surface emerging narratives, and simplify reporting internally and externally.
How can I make creating search strings easier ?
Boolean can be a blocker - it's a skill that's hard to master and easy for even the most seasoned pros to make mistakes. But Pulsar’s AI-powered Boolean Generator makes search setup faster, simpler, and more accurate. So whether you’re a boolean novice or just need a quick jump start, this feature builds a high-quality query based on a single plain-text prompt.
The Boolean Generator can automatically includes brand variants, relevant hashtags, product names, and exclusions - it can do that research for you. It also takes the hard parts out of creating Boolean-based searches by adding platform-specific syntax for TikTok, Threads, Pinterest and others if you need it.
The AI-powered generator is multi-lingual. What to explore a topic in a particular linguistic jurisdiction? No need for Duolingo here, just specify your languages and let the AI do the rest. If you need to make any manual tweaks, you can in-line edit your terms and tailor your query further.
Tip from Rob: the better the prompt, the better the output. For robust searches, include product names, handles, or hashtags right from the start.
Can AI summarise the narratives in my search?
Once your search is running, Pulsar’s Narratives feature clusters conversations into distinct themesand displays them in an easy-to-understand map. Then, our AI integration takes your insights one step further. You can click any narrative to view a natural language summary explaining the conversation.

How can I make keeping track of live narratives easier?
