The Implementation Specialist is a critical role in our Customer Success team, focused on helping customers create best-in-class solutions to make smarter decisions using data. The Implementation Specialist consults with customers to deeply understand their business objectives, design bespoke solutions, create a tailored and scalable data ecosystem, and present the work to the customer stakeholders. We’re looking for a passionate and motivated team member with a commitment to innovation and exceptional customer experience.



  • Develop proficiency in Pulsar’s platforms and tools.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects, if needed managing a prioritized delivery that will enable the customer to quickly gain value from Pulsar tools.
  • Help customers tell stories with data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Work with a wide variety of brands and use-cases across different industries.
  • Gain deep understanding of the customer’s goals to design and implement solutions that meet the customer’s objectives.
  • Present results to customers in an easy-to-understand and professional manner, bridging the gap between technical concepts and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Drive long-term product adoption by proactively recommending best practices and potential use cases.
  • Communicate project status, including roadblocks and resolutions to all team members.

Information Security: All staff have a responsibility and an essential role to play in safeguarding Access Intelligence’s information and that of its customers. You are required to take all reasonable steps to comply with the Access Intelligence Information Security Policy and the polices and processes outlined in the Access Intelligence Information Security Management System (ISMS).



  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing enterprise role, preferably in software onboarding.
  • Prior experience with audience intelligence or social listening platforms, or aptitude for learning technical concepts with ease.
  • Experience interacting with customers and explaining complex concepts in simple ways.
  • Ability to manage several customer engagements at the same time, ensuring successful and timely completion.
  • Ability to adapt communication style to stakeholders across various seniority levels, from analysts to executives, while maintaining credibility and high engagement.
  • Self-starter, comfortable working independently.
  • Result-oriented mindset and high attention to detail.
  • Exceptional time-management and task-management skills.
  • Authorization to work in the USA without visa sponsorship.
