WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
For this role, we are looking for a large quota carrying, proven new business hunter. They will have a track record of performing against and exceeding quotas and closing large deals.
They must know how to prospect a new marketplace, surface leads with key decision makers and be capable of building a network that can be converted into a sales pipeline. They must have at least 4 years’ experience in business intelligence, ideally in software sales. A significant bonus would be a candidate with experience selling into US markets.
This role will involve talking to future Pulsar clients, building relationships and closing software license deals so this person should be personable, confident and used to speaking with decision makers at Director level within an organisation.
The role of the Enterprise BDM sits within the Pulsar commercial function. The role involves managing the sales cycle from start to finish. Leads will come from inbound marketing, a business development executive, and from your own prospecting. This means cold calling potential business prospects, booking and completing demos and closing your own deals. You will be expected to complete multiple demos per week and bring in around £80,000 of new business revenue each month.
This role is based in Pulsar’s London HQ in Hatton Garden and involves frequent opportunities to travel internationally.
- 2:1 degree or higher
- At least 4+ years new business sales experience in Business Intelligence / SaaS
- Consistently achieved target over a 12-month period or more
- Excellent communicator
- Positive attitude, ambitious and confident
- Desirable: Experience selling into US markets
- Extremely comfortable presenting to senior clients

WHAT TO EXPECT
3 Stage interview process:
Stage 1: 30-40 minute interview, usually face to face.
Stage 2: 1 hour task based interview presented face to face.
Stage 3: Meet the wider team and social
