Reporting into: Global Head of Agency acquisition
Salary: Competitive, plus uncapped OTE

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
For this role, we are looking for candidates displaying a proven track record of meeting revenue targets within a sales environment. In addition they must have an understanding of how to prospect a new marketplace, surface leads with key decision makers and be capable of building a network that can be converted into a sales pipeline. They should have at least 18 months (ideally two years) in business intelligence, ideally in software sales.
This role will involve talking to future Pulsar clients, building relationships and closing software license deals so this person should be personable, confident and used to speaking with decision makers at Director level within an organisation.
The role of Business Development Manager sits within the Pulsar commercial function aimed at increasing our agency portfolio, targeting the UK and US markets. The role involves managing the sales cycle from start to finish; and achieving your monthly sales target which will be assigned to you by Pulsar.
Leads will come from inbound marketing, a client referral and from your own lead-generation and prospecting. This means cold-contacting potential business prospects, booking and completing demos and closing your own deals.
This role is based in Hatton Garden, London, and the role includes opportunities to travel. - Highly motivated self-starter
- Has experiences of generating a new business pipeline through cold outreach
- Comfortable and experienced performing against KPIs
- 18 months minimum new business sales experience
- Preferable but not essential: experience selling a SaaS Product
- Familiar with mapping a territory in order to increase growth in new business sales
- Consistently achieved target over a 6-month period or more
- Excellent communicator
- Positive attitude.
- 2:1 Degree or higher
